This division is comprised of certified officers who hold Reserve Deputy status within the Wharton County Sheriff's Office Reserves, Inc. 

The division is often called upon to assist the Wharton County Sheriff's Office many times throughout the course of the year.  They can often be seen in action at various community events such as the county fair, parades, and assisting as needed on patrol assignments and transport duties.

A reserve deputy is a volunteer position and one which is extremely important to the daily operations of the Wharton County Sheriff's Office.
